Refund Policy

Effective: 2026-08-09

OneHook handles withdrawal of subscription and refunds as follows, under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

1. Summary

  • Unused credits are fully refundable within 7 days of payment.
  • If some credits were used, the value of the remaining credits is refunded.
  • If video generation fails, the credit returns automatically — you are never charged for a failure.
  • Credits have no expiry date and are not voided by the passage of time.

2. Withdrawal of purchase

  1. You may withdraw within 7 days of payment. If none of the purchased credits were used, the full amount is refunded.
  2. Where some credits were used, those credits are treated as content already delivered and are not subject to withdrawal; the value of the remaining credits (amount paid ÷ credits purchased × credits remaining) is refunded.
  3. Even after 7 days, a refund is available if the Service was unusable due to reasons attributable to the Company.

3. Refunds initiated by the Company

In the following cases credits are restored or refunded without a request:

  • video generation failed due to an error of the Company or a connected service (automatic restore);
  • the Service was unavailable for a significant period;
  • a payment was processed twice.

4. When refunds are not available

  • credits already used, where the video was generated and delivered normally;
  • results that differ from your expectations because of what you submitted (subjective satisfaction with generated output is not a ground for refund; if output was not delivered due to a Service error, section 3 applies);
  • accounts restricted for breach of the Terms of Service.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Send us the payment date and time, amount, and wallet identifier at the contact below.
  2. We respond within 3 business days and, once approved, request the refund to your payment method within a further 3 business days.
  3. For card payments, your card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the cancellation.
